When it was asked to book hotels where Veg breakfast should be there but out of 3 hotels 2 hotels were not having veg breakfast.. only breads were there. 3. Travel agents have not informed about the security deposit in each hotels.. hotels have charged 2000 baht as security deposite. As checked with other customers in hotels they were not asked for deposits, as land package includes hotels also, so if there was any deposit then it should be included and informed in starting. 4. Why customer email id is not given for any updates.. our flight no. got changed and we were not informed about. This was very serious issue.. Trip was good. Enjoyed.. but it could be more better as more places could be covered as more leisure time was given.

da island tour and Phi phi island tours was absolutely not acceptable for vegetarians. They only had rice and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness.
